Disney originally posted a picture of a Tick-Tock the Crocodile eating Captain Hook Tsum Tsum included in the upcoming Disney Villains collection. However, recent pictures shows that the Tsum Tsum has been replaced by Cruella de Vil.
No one knows if the Tick-Tock eating Captain Hook Tsum Tsum will release but there are speculations. Some believe it may release in a subscription box or as an online exclusive while others believe that Disney canceled the Tsum Tsum due to a recent fatal alligator incident at a Disney Resort. We will just have to wait and see.

The Tangled Tsum Tsum set is coming to Japan in a few days and there are some distinct differences compared to the North America/Europe version that released earlier this year. Like the Alice in Wonderland collection, the set shares the same characters but with slightly different outfits, colors, materials, and other features.
Take a look at the differences between the U.S. vs. Japan Tangled Tsum Tsum collection. The pictures on the left is the U.S. version, while the pictures are the right is the Japan version.

How-to Build Your Own Tsum Tsum Mobile
For the mobile hanger, I bought mine through @PinkLemonCo’s Etsy shop, so that would be my recommendation.
Using the 6# fishing line I tied Perfection Loop knots (Google it) at one end, then slipped the Tsums through the loops and tightened them down. I attached the other end of the line to the hanger just using simple double knots.
The Tsums are evenly spaced along the hanger poles, and are spaced about 2.5-3 vertical inches apart as they hang.
To hang from the ceiling, I put a planter’s hook in the ceiling and used two strands of 12# fishing line to hang the mobile.

The Tangled Tsum Tsum collection is coming to Japan on August 26.
The collection includes Rapunzel, Pascal, Flynn, Maximus, and Mother Gothel. The Japanese version also has some subtle differences compared to the set released in North America and Europe. Here is a picture of the original collection:
