Disney's Tsum Tsum Plush Guide
Disney Japan will release a special mini Baymax Tsum Tsum to celebrate the New Year. Baymax is dressed with a rice cake and an orange on its head, featuring “2025” printed on it. It will release on December 6th, 2024.
This year will be Disney’s 100th anniversary! To celebrate this century achievement, Disney Japan will release two Tsum Tsum box sets. Both sets will be available on January 28th.
The first box set features eight characters, Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Chip, Dale, Goofy, and Pluto. This box set retails for 8800 JPY (~$65.66 USD).
The second box set features eight characters, Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Winnie the Pooh, Tinker Bell, and Winnie the Pooh. This box set retails for 6600 JPY (~$49.25 USD).
To celebrate the 30th anniverasry of the Disney Store Shibuya Koen-dori store, a new Tsum Tsum box set will release in Japan on November 22nd. The Shibuya Koen-dori store opened in November 1992. The box set features seven characters, Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Chip, Dale, and Goofy, in bright colored marching band outfits that matches the castle-like appearance of the store. The box set retails for 8800 JPY (~$64.49 USD).

A new Tsum Tsum box set celebrating the 80th anniversary of the 1942 film, Bambi, is coming to Japan on August 9th. The set features Bambi, Thumper, and Flower.
It is Goofy’s 90th anniversary on May 25th. Disney Japan will release a special A Goofy Movie Tsum Tsum box set to commemorate the occasion. The set features Goofy, Max, and Powerline. It will be available on May 27th and will retail for 3,300 JPY (~$25.38 USD).
A new Valentine’s Day Tsum Tsum set is coming soon to Japan. There are two different box sets available featuring two Tsum Tsums in each one (Donald & Daisy and Winnie the Pooh & Piglet). The set will be available in Japan on January 2nd and retails for 1,980 JPY (~$17 USD) per box.
A new Flagship Disney Store is opening in Tokyo on December 5, 2021. To commemorate the grand opening, Disney is releasing a Mickey & Friends Flagship Tokyo Disney Store Grand Opening Tsum Tsum Box Set. The box set includes eight characters, Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Chip, Dale, Goofy, and Pluto. It will be available online in Japan on December 5th and will retail for 7480 JPY (~$65.15 USD).
2021 is the Year of the Ox. Disney Japan will release a special collection celebrating next year’s zodiac animal. The set features eight characters, Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Chip, Dale, Winnie the Pooh, and Piglet, and will release on November 27th.
A new reversible Tsum Tsum set is coming to Japan on October 6. The set includes eight Pixar characters that can be transformed into a Pixar ball. The collection includes Woody, Mike, Merida, Joy, Miguel, Remy, and Dory.
You can flip the Tsum Tsum inside out from the bottom of the plush to transform it.
